For new and current families: please complete the new bus survey for next year. 2011 Bus sign up form . Early responses (and prompt payment when requested) will secure a spot on the bus route. If you are late to respond, we will do our best to accomodate your child.
Safe and reliable buses/shuttles are organized and paid for by the families* using that bus service. Currently, there are four routes for the school. Here are the details for 2010-2011, but please be aware that as the school increases in size, the routes can expand and more journeys may be added (the fourth route, not in the table below, is a port liberte bus/southern route):

The bus survey will be available here in May. Completion of that will allow us to provide routes and approximate times.
Students are placed on the bus by parents and received at the school by teachers on Giles Avenue. Drivers are of course thoroughly background checked. The Heights/Waterfront bus is provided by Bus4Us, a small bus company. Steve is the owner and provides excellent service. Paul Alston of Quest Transportation currently provides downtown service, and the parents are very happy with him this year.
*State rules do not allow school budget to be spent on busing. Students who live more than 2 miles from the school are eligible for public/NJ Transit bus passes from the JCBOE (note these cannot be used on the parent organized buses). Please contact the JCBOE for information about public/NJ Transit bus passes.
