It is hard to believe that we have eight weeks of school left and so many exciting celebrations and events coming up. Here is a preview:

• The First Year Celebration will take place on Tuesday, April 27th at 2!  Join us in marking  a year  together fullfilling the dreams and hopes of everyone at TECCS.
• In celebration of National  Poetry Month  on the 29th, students will be sharing their selected poems with classmates. Thank you, Ms.Fauria, for organizing this activity!
• The FSA will host their monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 4th at 7:15. I will be there to discuss the budget and our goals for September.
• The teachers are meeting on a Saturday in May to "tweak" the existing curriculum and to write curriculum for second grade.
• The staff is currently researching field trips for May or June.  We are contemplating  museum and zoo visits,  and end-of-the year picnics.

Planning ahead:

• Our first day of school will be Tuesday, September 7th. The complete calendar will be posted on this website and available in hard copy in May.
