Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are pleased to introduce you to an exciting youth development program that promotes and builds leadership skills called L.E.A.D. L.E.A.D. is being offered this year at TECCS by S.T.A.R.R., Inc. In addition, STARR LAB CORP. will provide youth development services to TECCS students this year in order to enhance the service provided by the L.E.A.D. program..

The purpose of the L.E.A.D. program is to teach leadership skills to young children that are both educational and provide a hands-on fun experience. Through the program, children learn important age-appropriate skills (i.e., good manners, sharing with others, practicing self control, etc.) with the goal of helping them to develop into more caring and responsible youngsters. 

Youth development programming using L.E.A.D. as a model will be provided every school day, both in the morning from 7:45 am to 8:20 am by STARR LAB Corp. and in the afternoon from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm by S.T.A.R.R., Inc. You have the option to sign up for the morning session only, the afternoon session only or both sessions. No drop off service is available.

• Morning Only = $370 per year or $37.00 per month
• Afternoon Only = $930 per year or $93.00 per month
• Both morning and afternoon = $1300 per year or $130 per month.
